CATANGO USA CORPORATION is a commercial company, whose corporate purpose is aimed at the distribution of beauty products , especially those related to hair care. AMAZONICA BELEZA is a registered trademark of CATANGO USA CORPORATION that contributes to the achievement of its business purpose.
This document lists the warranty policies and service procedures of CATANGO USA CORPORATION, who from now on will be recognized as the SUPPLIER for the handling of products that present situations where defective products are presented by the SUPPLIER who will be identified as THE CLIENT.
Whoever acquires the CLIENT's products will be recognized as the CONSUMER, regardless of whether or not it is the final consumer.
CATANGO USA CORPORATION guarantees the quality and performance of its products. The items contained in this document must be taken into account and followed to the letter by the CLIENT, with the aim of being able to give the corresponding and timely procedure for the attention and solution of the guarantees that may be given. It is important to bear in mind that the guarantee will be limited to the quantity of the defective product that is returned, following the procedure stated below:
WARRANTY.
- WARRANTY TIME.
CATANGO USA CORPORATION recognizes as warranty time for the products that have been sold or left on consignment to the CLIENT, a maximum term of sixty (60) days. The established warranty time begins to apply from the date on which the product is purchased by the BUYER at a point of sale or through the electronic means available to the CLIENT (according to the date of the purchase invoice or the respective strip).
- PRODUCT OUT OF WARRANTY TIME: The product that presents a lapse of time of purchase greater than sixty (60) days, you will not be entitled to a guarantee, since the expiration of the term implies your resignation to request it. The customer or final consumer, who returns the product or requests the product warranty, must assume the cost of the shipping process.
