- With damp hair, apply the mask (WITHOUT TOUCHING THE ROOT OR THE SCALP) Gently massage the hair, especially the ends, and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes. Use the mask 2 or 3 times a week. You can also use a thermal cap and heat the dryer for 5 minutes to get a more moisturizing effect.
