- Apply the shampoo in the palm of the hand and massage the entire scalp.

- With damp hair, apply the mask (WITHOUT TOUCHING THE ROOTS OR THE SCALP), gently massage the hair, especially the ends, and leave to act for 5 to 10 minutes. Use the mask 2 or 3 times a week. You can also use a thermal cap and blow dryer heat for 5 minutes for a deeper moisturizing effect.

- Apply conditioner to one hand and rub palms together to distribute. Apply from the center of the hair to the ends. Do not massage the conditioner into the scalp.
